2nd Release off Skippin Trax...

The first released kicked off the label representing their own style. A bootleg of "Till i come" by ATB and of another track, called "Smoke". Now here we have the 2nd release, representing two tracks featuring DJ Skippy and Devastate joining forces to create a vinyl release.

First off, the A side. So far, it's a very happy bouncy track. But the most amazing thing happens... The breakdown. It has lush pads and some sort of Acoustic guitar with the most amazing melody ever. Im really serious, this melody is something special. Absolutely beutiful, just so emotional and uplifting. The peak features the pads and a stab here and there followed Cliché acid and stab post peak. The main thing is the breakdown, that harpish like acoustic guitar is absolutely beutiful!

Now here we have the B side, "Psycho". Bouncy slightly distored kick again, vocal sample and a couple of breaks, Quite interesting so far. Slightly boring progression into the track so far, a little bland. The first peak is really not my thing to be honest, it just doesnt get me hyped, not terribly uplifting if you know what i mean, but i wont turn it down yet. The main breakdown comes in here, theres a melody which sounds very familier, i really can't put my finger on where i've heard it. But it's actually pretty good, i quite find it uplifting. Nice one, pretty good.

Ok my summary... I'd buy this vinyl JUST for the first 16 bars of the breakdown on So Real because of that brilliant guitar. But being less narrow minded, So Real is the star of the show here, brilliantly uplifting and bouncy. Reminds me of Sunshine. Really. The other side is a little weak in my opinion, but i guess decide for your self. Again, that melody in "So Real"!!! Brilliant stuff.
