Due to the controversies surrounding Gulshan Kumar it appears in the re-issue version T Series are crediting Bhushan Dua for the Music.
However, it should be noted that since the release of the film & soundtrack in 1990 the music duo Nadeem Shravan were the original music composers, and they had also won Filmfare award for the best Music Director's for this film soundtrack in 1991- see web link added in the submission notes.
Music on the re-issue version is the same as the one on the original 1990 soundtrack.

Aashiqui transl. The film was known for its music, by composer duo NadeemShravan Nadeem Akhtar Saifi and Shravan Kumar Rathod establishing their careers along with that of singer Kumar Sanu and music label T-Series. However, it should be noted that since the release of the film & soundtrack in 1990 the music duo Nadeem Shravan were the original music composers, and they had also won Filmfare award for the best Music Director's for this film soundtrack in 1991- see web link added in the submission notes. Music on the re-issue version is the same as the one on the original 1990 soundtrack. Aashiqui is a Bollywood romance film released on 23 July 1990. It was commercially and critically successful particularly because of its music. The film made the careers of singer Kumar Sanu and composers Nadeem-Shravan. The soundtrack album has been rated the 4th best ever by Planet Bollywood on their 100 Greatest Bollywood Soundtracks. Ek Sanam Chahiye Aashiqui Kumar heard the song Duniya Mein Tere Siva from the film Aandhiyaan and told Nadeem Shravan about it. Gulshan had heard the song in Pahlaj Nihalani's office. They later recreated that same tune as Main Duniya Bhula Doonga. It was later revealed that the original song was from a Pakistani film titled Doorie.
