NZ WRC release with orange and black labels. The owner of the scanned copy evidently marked the dates he played it - the earliest mark is 1974. But the address combination, along with the reference on the back of the sleeve to mono and stereo compatibility, tend push the date back to the corresponding Australian WRC version. It could of course also be a 1974 reissue...
